👉 Founder/father -Norbert Wiener (early 1940s)

➡️ 1948 - create a new branch of science -"cybernetics"

➡️ 1950 - 📚 book -the human use of human beings

👉 Donn parker- who  wrote  books and  articles  on  computer crime

➡️ Create a code of ethics -1973

👉 Joseph  weizenbaum-  create  a computer program called Eliza

➡️ Book-  ' computer  power  and human  reason'(1976)

👉Walter maner - Defined computer ethics as that branch of applied ethics 

➡️  devloped  the University course , published  A starter kit for teaching computer Ethics.

➡️ Among those whom Maner inspired in 1978 was a workshop attendee, Terrell Ward Bynum (the present author).

👉 Terrell Ward Bynum -1979

➡️Developed curriculum  materials  and University course

➡️ He    launched        an           essay competition to generate interest in computer ethics

➡️ Create   a special  issue  of  the journal

➡️  1985 -   that    special     issue  -  entitled computers and Ethics -was published,and become a wild selling issue in journal's history

👍 The lead article -  and winner of the eassy competition -was James moor's

  ➡️   James moor's  - 1985 -  eassy -"what  is computer  Ethics?"

➡️   computer    ethics includes consideration of both personal and social policies for the ethical use of computer technology.

👍 Krystyna  Gorniak-Kocikowska (she) hypothesis 

➡️on gorniak view The  computer revolution will eventually lead to a new ethical system,global and cross cultural in nature.

➡️1995-Ethicomp paper ,  gorniak predicted , computer ethics branch of applied ethics  evolve  into         a system       of         global           ethics applicable in every culture           on earth.

👍 Johnson  hypothesis is essentially the opposite of gorniak.

👍 Johnson  view- "new species of generic moral problems."
